| 9am-5pm Pacific Time. Our website, where you can view and manage your account, can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. |

| What is Electronic Rent Payment? |
| Electronic Rent Payment allows tenants to pay their rent using a credit card, debit card or bank account; those rent funds are then directly transferred to the Owner or Manager's account through the Automated Clearing House Network (ACH). |

| Is there a commitment? How much time and effort will be required on my part? |
| There is NO commitment on your part; you are free to terminate this service at any time. The process of registering and setting up your Manager and Owner's Account is very easy. Our system is fully automated, so once your account is set up, you're good to go! |

| What types of fees are charged? |
| There are NO registration fees, NO monthly minimums and NO annual fees. The fee structure is based on the transaction occurring and the mode of payment used by the tenant. The fee could be paid by the Property Owner or Manager, Tenant, or split it 50/50.

| Checksense will accept payments from:
Visa or MasterCard credit or debit cards or
your tenant's designated checking account.
Payments can be made online, over the phone, or through Auto-Pay .

| How do tenants join this system? |
| After the manager has applied and been verified, tenants simply search for their management company and fill in their name, or users can find their name if it has been pre-entered into the database by their manager. |
